- Only for selected items are allow to exchange due to incorrect sizes within 5 days upon goods receiving. (T&C apply)
- A delivery fee will be imposed for every delivery attempt.
- We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any exchange permission at any time for any reasons, without any notice without liability to you or any other person.
Faulty & Damaged Goods
We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are damaged or defective at no charge or we will issue a full refund for you if you notify us within 5 days of receipt and conditional on all item(s) being returned to ODO with unused or hasn’t been installed and in the original packaging.
When you return merchandise, please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit or delivery.
